To celebrate Star Wars Day tomorrow on May 4th (more commonly referred to as ‘May the Fourth Be With You’) Tenor, the largest mobile GIF-sharing platform is providing a state-by-state breakdown of the highest + lowest concentration of Star Wars-related search activity for GIFs.


To celebrate Star Wars Day tomorrow on May 4th (more commonly referred to as ‘May the Fourth Be With You’) Tenor, the largest mobile GIF-sharing platform is providing a state-by-state breakdown of the highest + lowest concentration of Star Wars-related search activity for GIFs. Through Tenor’s unique data curation ability, the platform compiled data around GIF searches based on state, upticks in searches over the past year tied to moments like May the Fourth and the most popular emotions we see people expressing using Star Wars-related GIFs.

According to the heatmap, it doesn’t seem likely that Mississippi or Connecticut will be whipping out their Darth Vader costumes, or at least not revealing their excitement through GIFs, whereas California, Texas, Kansas and Florida will be full-force for May the Fourth!
