Sydney Sweeney goes sci-fi in a new movie called Split Fiction based on the popular video game according to Reactor.It’s a story of two writers trapped in a simulation of their own stories that requires that you play with a friend. At this time, Sweeney hasn’t decided who to play Mio or Zoe, the two writers trapped, more at Reactor.

Variety reports that Minecraft and Sinners revive box office with Warner Brothers nabbing the 1st and 2nd spots at the box office in consecutive weeks.Minecraft has grossed 436.6 million overseas and 816 million here in the US. Mortuary assistant casting has Willa Holland and Paul Sparks according to deadline. Based on the horror video game, Rebecca Owens, a recent mortuary science graduate who takes a night shift job at River Fields Mortuary.Initially, the job seem straightforward, embalming bodies, completing paperwork, and keeping things tidy. But once Rebecca starts working the night shift, things take a dark turn.Holland will play Rebecca, and Sparks is the mysterious mortuary boss. Raymond Delver, more at deadline.

Variety reports that John Rhys  Davies will star in a new horror film, Bone Keeper. The plot:  6 friends enter a remote cave system to look for missing persons, but instead are hunted by a mysterious creature that seems to have been in the cave for thousands of years. More at variety.

John Wick 5 may not be what we are hoping for according to variety. Director Chad Stahelski says the film will be different since the high table storyline is over.
The director stated, the saga of John Wick was pretty wrapped up. So the only way to do 1/5 film is to have a new story that involves John Wick.
