DISCOVERY WILL HAVE A SEASON THREE

From www.digitaltrends.com – The third season of Star Trek: Discovery will air on CBS All Access in 2020. Discovery writer Michelle Paradise will help Alex Kurtzman with showrunner duties while Kurtzman develops a number of other Star Trek projects, including the Patrick Stewart-led Jean-Luc Picard series.

From www.thewrap.com – Fresh off his second Oscar win for “Green Book,” Mahershala Ali has found his next starring role, a sci-fi drama called “Sovereign,” Marc Munden will direct based on a screenplay by “A Quiet Place” writers Scott Beck and Bryan Woods. Greg Weidman and Geoff Tock wrote an original draft of the script, with revisions by Jack Thorne (“Harry Potter and the Cursed Child”).

From www.joblo.com –  Constantine, a television series starring Matt Ryan as the DC Comics character John Constantine, lasted only thirteen episodes on NBC before being cancelled. That was four years ago, but Ryan’s time as Constantine has never ended despite his show not getting a second season. He just moved over to DC shows on The CW and provided the voice of the character for animated projects.
